Order Dispatch Times:

We always try to get orders produced and dispatched as soon as possible but if we receive a large number of orders close together there may be a delay with orders being dispatched (4/5 business working days). Please be patient while awaiting your order to arrive. Pre-Orders will be shipped on an individual basis, each game that we run a pre-order campaign on will have details of the expected shipping date.

Checking Order Status:

You can check the status of your order at any time by logging in and then viewing your account details.

Postal Rates: Local & Overseas:

Our shipping costs are calculated as per the weight and size of the game you are buying, we reserve the right to change these inline with Royal Mail price increases.

If you are ordering from outside the UK your order will be dispatched using AIRMAIL postage. Once dispatched items will take approx 3-5 days to reach countries in the EU and approx 7-10 days to reach the rest of the world. If you would like tracking details for your order then you must contact us and we will quote for International Tracked & Signed as the delivery option. Tracking information is not possible with standard Airmail delivery.

Payment Methods:

Bitmap Soft accepts payment via PayPal. Don’t worry if you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still pay for goods with PayPal using a credit or debit card during the checkout process via the PayPal Guest Checkout.


If you receive a damaged item you must inform us within 7 days so that we can submit a claim to the Royal Mail and organise a replacement for you. In the unlikely event of you receiving the incorrect item please contact us with the details of what you have received so we can organise a replacement package and the return of the incorrect item.
